The reality is that countless fed-up employees out there come to a point where they don't end up quitting their jobs, they just go ahead and quit their bosses. It sounds like this employee was dealing with just a bit of an infuriatingly inconsiderate boss. Vacations are instrumental toward a general sense of well-being and productivity from employees. Otherwise, burnout is pretty much inevitable. It sounds like this employee hit their breaking point. The research and malicious compliance that ensued sure is something sweet.
