Few things are worse in the professional world than realizing that you've landed yourself a gig where you're working under a morally corrupt boss who never should've been put in their position of power in the first place. Sometimes, when that happens, you just have to take some form of revenge however you can. Redditor u/CallMeSwellington took to the popular subreddit r/ProRevenge to share this truly wild story of revenge, brought on when he was abruptly told he needed to relocate or take a severance package from his job only to later realize that his boss (who he affectionately calls Sasquatch) seems to have conspired to push him out of his position.
This user said they went all-out getting revenge here, going so far as to pull a long con posing as a headhunter for a major company to make his ex-boss think that he had stumbled into an incredible new job. The end result? His ex-boss lost his current job and wasted a ton of money flying to Europe in pursuit of another job that didn't really exist. Wow.
