Meditation, yoga and sleeping are all effective forms of stress relief. But listening to relaxing music is one of the easiest ways to get your dopamine flowing and arguably the best. It is my favorite stress reliever. You might have your own personal playlist to calm your nerves; here is my Youtube playlist mixed with some friends go-to calmer downers. Some of these have been scientifically proven to relax the mind and body. A study conducted by neuroscientists from Mindlab International recorded participants' physiological responses to specific songs while solving complex puzzles. Based on the results, the scientists came up with Adele, Enya and Coldplay as some of the world's most relaxing artists.
