It's amazing how easy it is to become evil with the smallest amount of power. Someone is given the tiniest amount of responsibility and suddenly they're eager to exploit it as well as every person who is figuratively beneath them. We all love to hear stories about rude bosses getting called out for their nonsensical behavior, but how often does that really happen in the workplace?
