Owner Illegally Writes Up Daycare Worker For "Discussing Salary", Threatens Them if They Talk

It's shocking how horrible and just plain stupid some employers can be. Imagine doing something illegal and then handing the victim a piece of paper that substantiates their claim. It's just astounding, really. This daycare owner must have been so sure their manipulation tactic would work, by threatening to accuse the worker of abuse, that they weren't worried about retaliation. 

What can we say... We hope this employee takes the advice they've been given by the internet at takes some form of action against this human trash and puts them out of business for good. 

Rings similar bells to this employer who decided that they illegally weren't going to pay over time, but were outsmarted by their IT department.

    OP was given this repot as a warning for "policy violations" and "insubordination" for allegedly talking about their salary. It is illegal in the US to write someone up for discussing salary.
