Reddit Thread: Woman Ends Vacation To Take Her Dog Away From Irresponsible Sitter

Having a pet is not easy, and taking care of them isn't easy either, but if there's one thing that we expect when we hire a professional to take care of our pets, it's for the pet sitter to listen to instructions. But pets can be get pretty complicated, and sometimes issues arise. In this case, reddit user u/spinw hired a professional to take of her big dog while she was away. However, when she texted the dog sitter to check in, she received a photo of her dog doing something that she definitely did not approve of. And when she asked the pet sitter to remove the dog from that situation, the reaction that she received left her utterly shocked.

Hmm, this could really go either way if we're basing this exclusively on the title. For one thing, professionals should be paid what they owe, so if by cancelled she means that she didn't pay somebody then it might be an issue. On the other hand, if the dog was really put in an unsafe situation, then the dog sitter is 100% the one in the wrong. Let's read on and find out exactly what happened:

Hmm, the owner doesn't mention whether or not the dog has any health or behavioral issues, but it might be possible. Some bigger dogs can be difficult to handle, so we completely understand why every once in a while when she leaves town she puts the dog in a kennel or hires someone to dog sit the animal.
