Jimmy will forever be a legend in our hearts and minds. This story, as told by Redditor u/Rusticwhiskey, checks all the boxes that lead to a delicious dose of malicious compliance.  When Jimmy was faced with what certainly felt like being forced into early retirement and the removal of his massive amount of leave, Jimmy instead decided to take all of his leave at once and use that time to look for another role. It's hard to say what the new owners were thinking but it wouldn't be the first time that the new owners of a company had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
