College Roommate Throws Away Her 'Best Friends" Anxiety Medication Because It Goes Against Christianity

This story is a heavy doozy. OP suffers from high anxiety. She has had some traumatic losses in her life and started having panic attacks at a young age. She was prescribed Prozac by her doctors and considers it 'a life savor.' In a bizarre turn of events, her childhood best friend and current college roommate is against her taking the pills because she is a practicing Christian who believes OP doesn't need medication she just needs to 'repent and ask for God's forgiveness."     Font - I don't know. We've been friends for so long, I feel like if I don't apologize it'll all be over and the rest of freshman year will be so awkward. I know she'll hold a grudge for a while.
