It seems like these days people will roast anything. An outfit. A movie. Hell, they'll even roast babies. The latest victim of internet mockery is none other than Brie Larson, who is famous mostly for her work as Captain Marvel, her role in Room, and her stint as Rachel on Community. The actress, who has already gotten heatover her social media presence, shared a tweet yesterday with photos from an evening out at a restaurant.
Who said food can't be fun? pic.twitter.com/0aWt0FuApB
— Brie Larson (@brielarson) January 31, 2022
The photos show Larson leaning over her food (leaves. it's leaves), laughing and sticking out her tongue. It's great that she's having a fun time. But she made a mistake when she chose to caption the images with a goofy "Who said food can't be fun?"
Nobody, Brie. Nobody has ever said that food can't be fun.
The tweet's wannabe quirky "not like other girls" energy, as innocent as it may be, immediately caught the attention of Twitter's many armchair comedians. And boy, did they have their way with it.
You have to admit, the vibes are similar.
