Busy Body "HOA Karen" Tows Guy's Big Benz, Not Actually on HOA Board, Gets Sued Silly

We've often said that there is nothing as infuriating as a meddling HOA official who can't just mind their own business. Out of sheer boredom, they are determined to make life as painful as possible for other people.

But what about if that HOA official isn't actually an HOA official? That sounds like a juicy lawsuit waiting to happen.

Well, that's exactly the scenario that u/nickeisele found themselves in when a busybody HOA Karen decided to tow their car without warning.

They came home one day to find their massive old Mercedes-Benz missing. They thought that the car had been stolen. Because what other conclusion would you have in that situation? It's not like you'd expect that some random person spitefully had gotten your car towed.

After a week. They get a call from a tow yard. Where their car had been towed to… The call had been reportedly placed by an HOA member named "Diane". Diane had apparently called the car in for a tow because it was improperly parked (which it definitely wasn't).

To add further insult to injury, the car had been damaged during the towing.

u/nickeisele got home and called their landlord to get information about the HOA rules that they might have violated and noticed that Diane's name wasn't listed on the list of board members…

That's when u/nickeisele went for the kill with the intent of nuclear revenge and sued everyone they possibly could.
