Being an adult ain't much, but it's honest work. We know everyone has to take on the responsibilities of being an adult at some point or another, and yet we wish we could push it off for as long as possible. The reality is that we all have to grow up, but that doesn't make becoming an adult any easier. Neverending work seems to be coming our way, and once we make bank at the end of the month, we have to spend that cash on the neverending bills that come after the work. The term 'savings' is the least sexy term we've heard in our adulting careers thus far, and yet we need savings to save our butts down the line. It's all about being fiscally responsible, which is another adulting term we hate having to come to terms with. We just want to spend our money on the here and now, but spontaneity doesn't mix so well with being an adult. The adults of Twitter know it best. Check out their best tweets of the week.

No one signed up for this, et we gotta grind every week like we signed up for this. At least we're all experiencing the same grind and we don't have to go at it alone. We're all in this together, and there's strength in numbers. That makes the whole thing bearable at least.

This tweet is so true. Once we get past one thing, there's always another thing waiting to get checked off the list, and the process goes on and on forever. When it comes to being an adult, we never catch a break. Better save up those vacation das so we could get a break one of these days.
