Woman Makes Up Different Stories Every Time Someone Asks How She Lost Her Fingers

The OP in this story loves to tell stories of her own. She has three fingers missing on her dominant hand. She is used to this and is totally fine living a life with missing fingers. She describes her situation as odd and knows it's hard for people to grasp (pun intended). She gets why people have the morbid curiosity to ask but it still doesn't make it right for them to ask. She claims she has fourth and fifth fingers so her hand 'looks a bit like a child's drawing of a rabbit, and not a good one.' At least she has a really good sense of humor about it. Maybe too good of a sense of humor. OP likes to make up crazy stories regarding the loss of her fingers. She changes it up every time. She told one person that she cut her own fingers off of her hand with a plastic knife as a child. She told another person that she chewed them off as a baby.
