Try as they might, processed food manufacturers don't get things right all of the time. There's always going to be the occasional packet of something or other that doesn't go exactly to plan, and misses all the checks they do in the magic snack factory.
This is all well and good until it finds its way to the consumer. When our pre-packaged foods don't come in the nicely uniform size, shape and consistency we expect them to be, all hell can break loose. They don't put those consumer complaints numbers on the back of the pack for nothing, but these days, people are much more likely to take their mistakes to social media.
One of the latest viral examples of this has come from @fluffyhairslol, who appeared to have received a strange surprise when eating Goldfish Crackers. Sharing the find on Twitter, many people responded with their own snack-related mishaps, as well as their interpretations of what the mutant goldfish could be. Who says you shouldn't play with your food?
