'She abandoned her kitten in [the wall]!': Days after toxic roommate is kicked out woman discovers starving and terrified kitten left in the wall

Everyone has heard of a roommate horror story if they haven't already experienced one themselves. The ideal situation is the toxic roommate moves out without any drama and you never have to deal with them again. This is exactly what TikToker “Calista” was hoping for when she kicked her horrible roommate out. There were many reasons why this roommate had to go, but the real kicker was when the saw on the home security footage the evil roommate abusing both her pets and Calista's pets. When they saw that, they told her she had to go. 

Calista was hoping that was all the drama she would have to endure to kick this roommate out, but a few days after her departure her sister saw an orange tail in the corner of her eye. She saw this blur of orange inside a wall, so Calista went to check and she was shocked at what she found. She scooped out a very scared and starving orange kitten. 

“Excuse the language but we kicked the ex roommate out because we caught her abusing our animals and her own on camera. She abandoned her cat when she left and did not say a single word about it. Last I heard was that she was going to put the cat outside. The cat (who is feral) has been stuck in the bedroom for a few days with no food or water.”

The little guy was extra spicy, probably from only having experience abuse since being with and then abandoned by the toxic roommate. Still, Calista was able to rescue the little guy and named him Hot Cheeto. At first she set him up in his own room to keep him apart from the other pets because he was so afraid and also needed to be checked out by the vet. She also was able to set up a farm that was going to foster him and socialize him properly. 

“He's getting fixed and up-to-date on vaccinations then he is going to be living at a wonderful farm. It's a very nice one where they will love him and socialize him properly. We've decided to name him Hot Cheeto (because he's kind spicy…) I was upset because Danielle (ex-roomate) had abandoned her cat after throwing my [own] kitten and hitting my dogs—which I got on video,” she says in one of the update videos posted. "I put him [the kitten] in a kennel so he would keep himself out of danger. He is a gorgeous baby and I am upset by the situation. Unfortunately, the farm that was going to take the kitten in was unable to in the end, so the TikToker is still in search of a furever home for Hot Cheeto. 

Calista was swearing up a storm and shouting with pure anger when she discovered this kitty. The roommate never told her that she left a kitten behind and the little baby was stuck in the wall for several days with no food or water before being rescued. Calista is hoping that the viralness of the videos she's posted on the situation will help find this baby a proper home.
