There are so many different icks we could get from dating guys. He could be totally perfect, but if we notice that he does something as minor as chewing his food too loudly, then we're immediately turned off to the point that we can't revive the attraction. We know it's ridiculous, but we can't help how our minds and hearts react to things. The heart wants what it wants, and it doesn't always make the most sense. Naturally, guys feel the same way about us. There are certain things we do that turn them off, and even though they might know it's ridiculous, they can't make themselves be interested in us again.
