We're all social beings. We want to be loved, connected, and we want to belong. And dogs are no exception. Dogs are highly social animals and require tons of attention and care. If they go too long without it, then it can have a great impact on their mental health and cause emotional distress. Teaching your puppy to socialize from a young age is crucial. But again, that isn't always the case. Some dogs are reactive, some are socially anxious, and some just don't care. It's all about finding the right method and approach.
Today we present to you a Reddit discussion where a poor dog rescuer shares an amusing story of their bad luck. We say amusing because we can relate. Has anyone else ever been in a situation where even though odds seem to be in your favor, you still fail? And miserably at that? If you answered yes, then you will enjoy this one.
"Only had two left, a young male that was initially crossed from the list due to severe malnutrition … and a slightly older female going through a heat…They were kept quite far away from each other for obvious reasons but I guess it is never far enough."
Sounds like this was fate destined to happen…
"they were best friends from the moment they laid eyes on each other and was my plan to adopt them out together."
We know we're not supposed to feel bad for the disobedient rascals but this just sounds like the perfect love story. Maybe someone will be able to adopt them both? and their children? We're lowkey hoping for a happy ending.
