Happy Monday, folks. We're starting off the week strong with a positive mindset and we hope you guys are too! We know that the world is a crazy place to live in right now, so it may be difficult at times. Nevertheless, it's important we protect our mental and physical health in order to think clearly and quite frankly, just not lose our minds.
Some things you can do to improve your mental health are journaling, meditating, and you guessed it - cuddling with a furry pet. It's also important we keep up with our physical health. Pets are obviously also great for that too, going on walks and/or runs. If your pet doesn't require daily walks, then some easy practices to improve physical health are daily stretches and yoga for a strong core and good posture. If you have a cat, you can definitely do that together. Speaking of which, we present to you the comfiest Twitter thread you will see today: 23 cat stretches.
Would you look at this furry little fella. And so chonkey, too! Looks like he did a little bit of some dumpster diving and it left a stash residue. No worries though, it suits him. Makes him look more sophisticated and grow up. Even his little stretch looks serious and threatening. Just an overall don't mess with me attitude.
Big stretch indeed! Do you guys see those precious little toe beans? And that mouth? And the back arch? It's all too much for us to handle.
Looking at all of these stretchies is actually making us want to get up and do some stretchies ourselves. You guys should try too, you'll see what a powerful difference it makes.
