Okay so, listen, one of us may have gone a little overboard with spamming her boyfriend with cat memes. It's not her fault though! She insists, please. It all started with a bunch of animal memes her boyfriend sent her that reminded her of just how pawsome he is, and then it was her turn. Clearly, he loves animal memes, and he definitely loves her cat an unhealthy amount, so she decided to send him one cat meme, and it made him laugh, and the rest was history.
But yes, she does admit that she may have gone a bit overboard. Luckily for her, he's patient and lovely, and out of all this madness, she has brought forth a collection of the very best cat memes she says a girlfriend should send her boyfriend to make him smile. How does she know those memes are the best? Well, it's a big subjective, of course, but out of the million that she sent him, those are the ones that he actually reacted to and liked. Try it out. Nothing to lose.
Potato won over her boyfriend instantly. It was the first meme she sent him. He was sitting next to her, watching some show on TV that she wasn't really interested in, when she sent it to him. His phone pinged with the notification, he picked it up, opened it, and snorted so honestly and so happily, muttering the word "Potato" under his breath, and it was over - cat memes till the end of days for him.
This one was particularly successful too. She wasn't there to see his reaction to this one, but she knew he had a rough day, knew that he wasn't being the kindest to himself, so she sent this, thinking that it can't hurt. His response was a whole bunch of "pleading face" emojis and a "thank you". That's a big win coming from him.
