Fluffy Ragdoll Cat Meets a Dog for the First Time, a Smol Dachshund Puppy, and the Most Adorable Interaction Ensues

When a cat and dog become friends, I don't care what anybody says, that's the cutest most wholesome thing in the world. They alleged “sworn natural enemies” not letting the reputation of their animal kind get in the way and becoming besties?! You cannot convince me otherwise, that is the kind of mindset this world needs. 

Cat mom Emilie Ellingsen recently introduced her two fluffy ragdoll kitties to their first dog. She wasn't sure how the interaction would go, since her cats had never encountered a dog before. But it was a small dachshund puppy, so she figured what's the worse that could happen? Instead of the worst happening, the most adorable thing happened! 

One of the cats instantly was interested in the smol pup. The dog seemed apprehensive and frightened—this too was a first encountered for the little pupper, since he had never met a cat before. However, the adorable cat noticed the pups fear, and tried their best to show the dog that they were not a threat. 

The cat slowly walked up to the smol pup and booped it's nose with their nose. The dog seemed frightened and backed away, so the kitty got low to the ground to make themselves smaller and less intimidating to the pup. The pup sat curiously and watched the kitty as she gave a sweet little meow, as if she were saying, "don't worry, I'm a nice kitty!' Then the sweet fluffy ragdoll flipped onto her back and showed the pup their belly. If you know anything about cat and dog behavior, then you'll know that this means the cat is showing that they are not a threat and that they trust the pup. If the cat shows trust, then maybe the dog can too. 

The two become instant friends and the epic cuteness was not missed by the internet.
