Woman Discovers Adorable Way to Put Her Cat in a Trance-Like State by Humming on Its Face

A cat mom in Utah who goes by “Norris Jalapeño” on TikTok has blow everyone's mind with a new technique that gets your cat catatonic. She said she learned the hack from her best friend who does the same thing to his pit bull. She would watch him rhythmically hum directly onto his energetic dog's face and it would instantly start to put him into a sleepy trance. 

She decided to give this a whirl on her cat and shared the video of it on TikTok—having since gone viral with the adorable results. 

“So my best friend does this thing where he makes this vibration sound with his mouth on the side of his pit bull's face and the pit bull becomes like completely captivated by it and gets all like *bleh*. So I'm going to try it on Soup [the cat]. He's already pretty tired as it is, but we'll see how it goes…”

She starts this rhythmic humming in waves on the side of her kitty's face and he instantly stops what he's doing enthralled. It's like he's been hypnotized by the vibrations of her humming. Many viewers are amazed by how simple yet effective this cat trance hack is. Others say they want to try it on their cat. And there are even some commenters with different species of pets—like a bunny—that say they want to try it on them too!
