Husband And Wife Argue Over If Her Father's Day Gift Is Selfish

Sometimes, in a relationship, gift giving can be a bit daunting. It can be even more difficult sometimes when you've been together for a long time and have already been through so many gift options. When your partner picks up new hobbies, buying gifts related to those hobbies can be a great way to show your support. When it comes to giving gifts, it can be difficult for your judgement to not be clouded by what you would want to receive over what someone else might want. 

 In today's Am I The A$$hole post, OP tells reddit about how his wife ended up getting him a gift that was more related to her own hobby than his. While OP mentioned that this isn't a deal breaker in their relationship, it was troubling because she didn't see the issue from the same perspective, thinking that he would appreciate the gift as much as she would have.
