Twitter Thread: Cat Continues To Get Stuck On The Roof Plus Other Pets Rethinking Their Choices

One of the things that cat owners love the most about cats is that cats are independent. Cats do what they wanna do when they wanna do it. They pee in their box, they eat, they entertain themselves by staring at walls. Heck, cats are so independent that, forever ago, cats actually domesticated themselves. That, of course, doesn't mean that cats are also ridiculous.

Cats only pretend that they know what they're doing when, in reality, cats keep getting stuck in stupid places and getting themselves into trouble. Oh, cats, smh. Like @Ben_S_Hyland found out in this twitter thread, when you adopt a cat, you only think that you're adopting a pet that won't need much maintenance, when actually, you will find yourself having to get your cat off the roof on a consistent basis. Welcome to the life of a cat owner.

Listen… this may be a hot take, but we're on the wife's side in this story. We would have done the same - i.e. convinced our reluctant husband to adopt a cat. We're biased though, we have to admit that, our love for cats is too strong, and we would have said practically anything to get one.
