Sure, it's called "fast food," but at what cost to the employees??

A woman recently went viral on TikTok for simple sharing her experience waiting in a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru line. It was no ordinary fast food drive thru experience—she witnessed the young employees, probably teenagers, literally running/sprinting to cars from the building delivering orders. The video shows just a blur of a red employee shirt zooming by.
The video was posted more in humor. The woman found it shocking and hilarious to see how fast these employees were running. “Now that's what you call FAST FOOD,” one person commented. But aside from the joke comments, many people were appalled.
People who have worked at a Chick-Fil-A before flooded the comment section explaining that the do not pay enough and it is an extremely toxic work environment. It would also appear, according to the commenters, that the places that do pay a somewhat decent wage are almost cult-like, trying to indoctrinate their employees into the extreme christian values.
Most are concerned about how much this employee is making. It's clear by the ex-employees in the comment section that whatever it is, it's definitely not enough. The commentary of minimum wage is obviously different state-to-state, since other places have a higher cost of living, etc., but through this video, is glaringly obvious, that Chick-Fil-A is a toxic work environment that simply does not pay their hardworking employees enough.
