Cat Waits For Neighborhood Kids To Come Back From School And Give Him Pets, Even In The Summer When School's Out

Greetings, ICanHasers! How is everyone feeling this Sunday? Are you guys having a good weekend? We certainly hope so! Today we're sharing our most recent Reddit thread where someone shared a photo of their neighborhood cat patiently waiting for the local kids to come back from school, walk back from the bus stop and give him the pets that he deserves. The only catch is that its summer and school is out. 

There's nothing worse than building your expectations up just for it all to come crumbling down and disappointing you. And that's probably exactly how this little cataroo feels. Not only is he loyal and timely, but he also got dressed up for the occasion. It's like that cliché scene from the movies where you get ready for a date you've been longing for just to be stood up at the most public restaurant in the city. Okay, maybe that's a little dramatic, but you guys get the picture. Anyway, all we're saying is that those kids better pretend to walk back from the bus from now on.

    Phew, thank god! If we're being real, we were worried there for a second. We hope this heatwave of a summer passes by quickly so the kids can go back to petting the cat on their way back from the bus stop. Uh.. we mean so the the kids can go back to school and learn, of course.
