Just your friendly neighborhood Butterball stoping in for the bacon tax. Daniel Lee Crawford posted a video recently that quicly went viral. It showed him making breakfast, with bacon sizzling on the pan, and then he pans to his open front door and you see a chonky sweet Labrador waiting fo be invited in. He seems surprised to see the pup, but is fully aware of who this pup is—it's Butterball, the pup who lives about half a mile up the road. He's looking hungry and ready for breakfast.

So of course Crawford invites his fourlegged friend in to join him and Butterball happily waddles inside. He goes straight for crawford with a big ‘ole puppy smile on his face and gives him a thank you snuggle while asking for belly rubs.

It's epically adorable and viewers with their neighborhood had a dog who would randomly drop by to politely join them for meals sometimes. It's not like Butterball came barreling in demanding food, he just sat by the open door and waited to be be invited. It' was all very civil and well mannered.

“what a good boy, so polite!,” one person commented.

“He is so sweet. He waits to be invited in for breakfast. Butterball has better manners than most people,” another added.

“That dogs on his fourth breakfast of the day,” someone else pointed out.

The comment section is also crowded with people demanding more Butterball content—they just can't get enough of the adorable chonky dog content and the friendship he has with his neighbor. Many are also sharing their own stories of how their dog was neighborly like Butterball here and would get treated like royalty by all the neighbors or how they also had a dog who would come visit them every now and then and it was much appreciated. Crawford says he's currently on vacation but fully intends on giving the Internet what they want: More Butterball content.
