Doggo Delight: Woman Shines A Light On The Importance Of Adopting Rescue Doggos

Heyo, pup heads! Happy Saturday! Whether you're hibernating your worries away or getting ready to hit the town, we hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. In the true spirit of Saturday, we're back with another Doggo Delight segment where we highlight the goodest boys and girls of TikTok. During this segment, we've talked about doggos that loved to be pampered with puppachinos and parties, we've talked about the perks of being a puppy parent, and today… today we're talking about the importance of adopting rescue doggos by breaking down the stigma that all rescues are aggressive and impossible to bring into a home with kids. 

The highlight is on a rescue doggo named Ariel. Ariel was adopted into her now forever home back in 2018. Based on Ariel's body language and reserved tendencies, her hooman knew she was previously abused and mistreated but it didn't stop her from adopting her. With the help of her family and tons of love, Ariel has transformed into a completely different doggo.

    Losing a doggo may just be the hardest thing one can experience in this lifetime. After all, they are like children to us. People grieve in all sorts of ways and we're guessing that this woman's late doggo sent Ariel to help her deal with her grief.

    There's nothing better than seeing how this little girl gently pets Ariel and gives her the attention she deserves. Our hearts break every time we hear about doggos being abused, but it's always so heartwarming to learn stories about them finding their true hoomans.
