It can be a fun night out or a long hike up a hill. Whatever makes you feel like you're caring for your mind, body, and soul is the self-care you should be indulging in. 

We don't know about you guys, but a big part of our self-care involves our doggos. They motivate us to be better, more compassionate people. They provide emotional support and a feeling of closeness. They're the absolute best, there's no denying it. Clearly, we're not the only ones that think so.
