The Most Relatable Memes for Struggling Renters That’ll Make You Hate Your Evil Landlord Even More

How do I word this without p!ssing off landlords?… I'm sorry, I truly can't. It's not that I don't think landlords shouldn't exist, because if you've got property to spare, then by all means, rent it out to somehow who needs a home. But why are you charging an arm and a leg??? The problem here is, at what point did landlords start to depend on renters for their main source of income? You are depending on someone else's paycheck who goes to do a real job, where they actually go somewhere and do work, so you can maybe come in every once in a while to fix a door hinge and get paid thousands of dollars a month for it?? I know some places have cheaper rent than others and landlords are like, "well if you can't afford NYC, go like in Nebraska!" But like, the jobs are in NYC, Karen. Plus, I should be free to live wherever I want without one of my basic human rights being unattainable because you don't want to get a real job. Ugh, sorry for venting. My rent just went up another $100 and I asked why and they said "they had to." Like, NO YOU DIDN'T. YOU HAVE 40 OTHER PROPERTIES. YOU HAVEN'T DONE SQUAT TO MY PLACE. WTF AM I PAYING FOR??
