I have seen her many times, and she always demands people take the next elevator because "she has kids who need to get home." She has physically shoved into the elevators and forced people out, including my elderly father. I was on my way home from work - I take public transi

Font - I was first in the building and hit the elevator button. She came in with her double stroller and her gaggle of children running around her as I stepped into the elevator and held the door for her. She told me that I would have to get out and wait for the next one. I said "excuse me?" She heavy sighed at me and said "my stroller won't fit in with you in here. Get out and take the next one." I refused, saying I would make myself as tiny as I could but I was staying in the elevator. She bec

Font - EDIT: People are concerned with the way that this woman has treated my father. She did not physically touch him. He was in the elevator and she pushed her stroller in, waved her arms and yelled at him to get out several times. Because he's hearing impaired, he was very confused and only knew that she was yelling at him and he got off the elevator. HAD she put her hands on him, charges would have been filed.

Font - GoddessOfOddness 22 hr. ago. edited 22 hr. ago I'm one of six. I was never even babysat by my older siblings. They never changed a diaper or had to feed me. I had all the love and attention I needed. I'm not a fan of my mom, but I can't say she ignored us or neglected us. We were always hugged, clean, fed, dressed, private schools, graduate degrees. No criminal records among us. Lots of activities. Three Division I athletic scholarships. We all grew up fine. My eldest brother has five, my

Font - MediumSympathy - 23 hr. ago Partaipant [3] I agree, and I think the worst thing in the post is that she pointed at her kids and said "see what I'm dealing with" right in front of them. They didn't choose to be born and they don't deserve to be talked about like taking care of them is an unwanted burden. It's bad enough that she isn't able to give them the attention they need to behave safely in public (she let them run around the bus and get hurt), she's also acting like it's their fault

Font - MrStevenstone I was scared of this comment section, it's literally the flip of a coin whether or not you're going to be branded a child hater and told you're TA or have the nice side of Reddit say NTA and empathise Imao NTA, she sounds super entitled, she needs to take responsibility for her choices and move or wait for the next lift 351 - 1 day ago . Font - Kuraeshin 1 day ago If it were 2 or 3, it would be one thing. 7 in 9 years is...insane, to live in an apartment. My father has 10 brothers & sisters but its like a 15 year spread amongst them, in a ranch house out in Wyoming. 217 Share

NTA for op. Having 7 kids doesn't mean everybody else needs to accommodate mom for 18 plus years. Good for you for sticking to your guns. 139 Share
