Yup. This is hilariously accurate. From experience, we can say that even the laziest, most ridiculous, 'want to do nothing but sleep' cats will indeed get up if they hear the sound of a can being opened. And it doesn't matter which can. It can be a can of beans, and they will still yell their booties off until their wet food gets given to them.
