We're all very familiar with the 'will they or won't they' trope as it's been featured in TV shows, movies, and books many times. One of our favorite couples who are known for the trope are Ross and Rachel from 'Friends.' Honestly, their relationship was pretty toxic throughout the entire series, but people are still hooked on their chemistry years later. We just love the buildup before that couple finally gets together for good. We equally love it when it happens with some of our friends IRL. When we know two people were simply meant to be together but they have yet to see it themselves, we'll do anything to make their romantic plot progress and move forward. Twitter user @annabroges posted a tweet about a guy she keeps matching with on dating apps even though they ghosted one another, and people responded with similar 'will they or won't they?' stories.
