The point is that this lady's "luxury experience" has been interrupted by the reality of neighbors existing and, potentially, a loose screw in her head. Even if she is, in fact, hearing a dog, it's always worth making sure you know what you're talking about before confronting someone. As many people mentioned in the comments section, the Redditor has a few choices to consider moving forward. These include writing a savage letter back, filing a complaint of their own, or intentionally making a ridiculous amount of noise.
