'There are some good ones': Landlord REDUCES rent as a gift to tenants for the Holiday season

Whoever said landlords are all scum hasn't met this one! For some rare Holiday cheer on FAIL Blog, we gift you all with this surprisingly wholesome story about a landlord being a decent human.

 

This thread was shared on Reddit's r/LandlordLove subreddit by u/the_smollest_bee. While people in the comments section didn't necessarily have the same glowing reviews of their landlords, there was some nice sense of solidarity knowing that someone, anyone was shown mercy by theirs. In this instance, in the spirit of the Holiday season, this landlord decided to reduce his tenant's rent by $200. On a separate note, Redditors in the comments section could not resist dragging the tenant for having 574 missed text messages while also currently being on the phone with extremely low battery. This tenant sounds like chaos. Of all people to be lucky enough to have a nice landlord, why does it have to be this tenant?
