We don't know about you guys, but Sunday is the one day in the week we get to call ours. All week is chaos. If it's not work then it's housework, if it's not housework then it's our relationship. But Sunday - Sunday is different. Some use Sunday to rest or to prey, but we use Sunday as the ultimate self-care day. 

Self-care is different for anyone and everyone. Us, for example, we love to clean as a form of self-care. To get everything in order and organized. Only then can we think clearly. After we clean the house, it's time to clean ourselves. We scrub a little harder, moisturize a little better, and honestly - brush our teeth for a little longer. Can't forget the face masks and essential oils! 

Once all that is done - it's time to show some self-love through positive affirmations, journaling, and manifesting. With that being said, we hope you enjoy these self-care memes, and don't forget to show yourself a little extra love today, you deserve it!
