We don't know about you guys, but we're seeing a growing trend among millennials to avoid the stereotypical marriage and kids route and opt for raising pets with their partners instead. Yes, we are those millennials in question. We don't know, just something about bringing kids into this economy that doesn't sit right with us. We'd much prefer to spend our money on vet bills, cat beds, and expensive hypoallergenic food… duh.

But something we didn't realize is that more and more women today are not only opting for pets instead of kids but cats instead of dogs. Apparently, cat people have a better grasp on consent and boundaries because cats take a longer time to warm up and adapt to you. Whereas dogs - they're pretty much trained to do anything and everything you want. What a time to be alive - when a cat can teach a man about respect more than the woman in front of him.

We don't know who y'all have been dating but we think it should be a non-spoken rule for the man to be able to differentiate between his dog and his woman. Dogs need their owner to be dominant - there's no escaping that. But they should always leave the dominance for the dog park and not the bedroom.. unless you're into that.
