For once, we've got a perfectly reasonable 1-star review and an incredibly unreasonable business owner! Given the plethora of Karens on sites like Yelp, it's genuinely shocking to come across a 1-star review that seems to be actually justified.
This thread, which was posted to Reddit's r/mildlyinfuriating subreddit by u/SnooDonuts1020, is further proof that people don't understand - or refuse to understand - real gluten allergies. After numerous requests by a customer to get a burger without the bun, not only was that request completely denied, but when the customer shared their experience online, the business owner wrote up the most self-righteous response. It's not like this person was being difficult with the kitchen staff; they literally just asked for no bun. I guess the moral of this story is that the only thing worse than a picky customer is a pretentious foodie! Keep scrolling below for the original post.
