Anybody who has ever had a dog or have been in a household with a dog, knows that there are certain trigger words you can't just be throwing around. If that dog hears their favorite word, usually something like "walk" or "treat" then you're about to see chaos ensue from pure doggo excitement. It's pretty adorable tbh. Is it even possible for humans to get that excited about something from one word??
A trend on TikTok has dog owners going up to their unsuspecting canine friends and whispering their favorite word into their ear. Like this trigger word is a secret that must be kept just between the two of them. Of course, the dogs can't contain their excitement from hearing their favorite word, so it truly proves dogs aren't very good at keeping secrets. I wonder why they say "cat's out of the bag" then when someone spills the beans? Shouldn't it be "dog's out of the bag?" We would assume cats were pretty good at keeping secrets…
