Growing up, we always imagined our first kiss to be a little something out of a fairy tale: sparks fly, fireworks in the background, and the person you're kissing is your one and only true love in the world. You'll end up marrying him someday but for now, this is where your romantic story begins. HA! We thought.
In reality, our first kiss was average. It wasn't bad, it wasn't good - to be quite frank, we don't even remember it THAT well at this point. But what we do remember is the anxiety and buildup leading up to the kiss. We swear we experienced more emotions during that period of time than we did during the entire 1 month relationship with that fella. Anyway - we'll use this opportunity to remember and laugh about all our cringy first kiss memories. Oh boy, back then all of it seemed to be so big - seems like a lifetime ago.
