'Snowflake Gen Z': Employee's 'Age Awareness' Training Includes Wildly Biased Descriptions of Generations

I mean, could these descriptions be any more biased? We can all take a wild guess who wrote this presentation, which was posted to this thread on Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit by u/nashnurse. 

 

There's no question that there is a generational divide in the workplace right now. That's the understatement of the year. But is the solution to devise a poorly written slide show in which generations are summarized with a few key buzzwords? Not to mention so many of these descriptions are written with zero authority and with pure condescension. Will someone please explain the sociological basis behind differentiating between Gen Z and 'Snowflake' Gen Z? Yikes! As you read from generation to generation, it all just gets gradually more and more aggressive. If this presentation proves anything at all, it's that everyone is defensive about their own generation and hostile towards other ones. Keep scrolling below for the funniest comments.
