According to the videos, the creator claims to be a manager there, which probably explains why so, so many customers had to share a piece of their mind. Unfortunately for her, getting cursed out seems to be a super-frequent occurrence, hence these conversations where she recreated a bunch of scenarios with customers. She shared several different sketches of Karen occurrences, each with the same basic conclusion. You can tell this creator has had it up to here with crazy Karens and entitled shoppers. It's a great reminder for those who need it to always be kind to retail workers, because they're out here dealing with all kinds of disrespectful behavior.
