Welp… That workout enthusiasm really fizzled out quickly this year. You start the new year with goals and determination. The all too popular New Year's resolution of eating healthier and working out. Gyms blow up in profits and attendance in January. But this year it feels like the inspiration to keep going is ending before the first month of the year is up. You'd think you'd at least last to March, but nooooope. Already tired. My bones hurt. Running sucks. Why can't scientist just come up with a way for everybody to be that annoying girl who "can eat anything and doesn't gain a pound." Like, we're all about body positivity and all inclusive bodies, but dang… Wish our body and brain would at least get on the same page. Like, the brain wants pizza, the body wants strength.
