Stryker the Domesticated Serval Eats a Whole Chicken Every Friday and is Too Sassy for His Own Good

One of the most popular of the exotic cat variety are Servals and Savannah Cats. These two breeds of wild cat are found in Africa, but can be found globally as pets because apparently they're easily trainable, stay relatively small, and can eat semi-normal grocery store food. I suppose when you're imagining potential exotic cats that you can bring into your home as a pet, these "little" kitties seem like they would be the least likely to rip your head off in your sleep.

One famous social media user has documented his care and feeding habits for his serval, Stryker, who is probably the scariest house cat you've ever seen. While Stryker is still a smaller breed of wild cat, he still weighs in at almost 40lbs (18kg) and has a growl that would scare away any normal cat lover.

Y'all know what day it is?!

Despite constant warnings from his commenters on how this man is constantly putting his limbs at stake with this particular cat, he persists and has a weekly video post sharing Stryker's most exciting moment of the week: Full chicken Fridays! Yes, that's correct. Stryker gets to tear apart and consume an entire uncooked chicken at least once a week on top of his regular diet. DANG

Honestly he's super cute for the split seconds where he's silent and not moving, but somehow Stryker always seems to end each video by living up to his name. With every chicken meal, he guards his raw chicken with ferocity, rubbing raw meat on every surface of the house, while also attacking his owner every time he reaches for it. Yikes.

STRYKER SHMACKS

Perhaps this is a page that acts as a PSA not to try to domesticate wild animals in your home. Still though, the public is extremely intrigued with Stryker and his owner's lifestyle.

Since the dawn of the Internet, we have been able to browse lifestyles from around the world, no longer hindered by the lack of money or a plane ticket. For some, that power has been used to look at pictures of tropical paradise or incredible feats of society through art, architecture, and literature. For others, this accessibility just means that they can finally stalk people with exotic pets who can walk a bear on a leash or hand feed a wild cat. It all makes you wonder though, are these exotic cats and animals something we're finding in Russia, or is it just a good ol' run-of-the-mill Florida man? You decide.
