When this new owner took over this company, all they could see were their immediate costs, and they decided that getting rid of all the top-paid employees was a top priority. There was no consideration made for what those employees might be contributing and what their unique strengths might be.
So when the new owner decided to frame this top earner and hang them with a whole heap of lies… they set themselves up for a big lawsuit. In asking them to come back to finish out their 12 weeks, when they realized there was no one to replace them, they proved that the misconduct accusations were false and solidified the case.
