Cat training… is a challenging thing. That's because cats only really do what they want to do, so if you wanna train them, you really have to incentivize it. Now, it's not impawssible. Some cats can be trained to do amazing tricks. It is a rarity though. For the most part, cats learn things on their own, and even then, they can learn to do incredible things. Like that cat who learned how to open the door all on its own and caused absolute mayhem because of it. And that's the thing, isn't it?

We all try, at some point, to train our cats to do something. Just to see if we can. Sometimes, it works, and sometimes, it doesn't, but one thing will always be true… cat training always goes wrong at some point lol. You teach them something, and they will find a way to use it ridiculously. Like the cat that started this hilarious thread - the cat was trained to ring the doorbell to come inside, only for the owner to come to find that the cat has been doing this to a bunch of other people in the neighborhood… in the middle of the night.

This is one of the first time that we see an anonymous confession like this that we actually believe. A cat would totally do this. This is very much a cat thing. Still, knowing about it is one thing, but maaan, we hope that there is footage of this somewhere so we could properly laugh about it.

Cats really always choose to take the annoying way out rather than the simple way. It would be the easiest thing in the world for the cat to use the flap, but why would it do that? Why, when it can wake up the entire household in the middle of the night which is so much more fun?
