Entitled people take any chance they get to make others feel like they personally work for them, and tend to be a tad controlling regarding people's personal lives. This hotel guest was aghast that a front desk employee dared go out with friends and have fun off the clock, AKA when he wasn't actually working (nor was he about to be on shift). Apparently, the employee was recognizable due to their work clothes (minus the nametag) and beard.
How dare employees have a life?! The hotel guest also made it a point to write a scathing review online, without technically mentioning that said the employee wasn't drinking on the job, leading the internet to believe their own personal delusion. Managers usually suck, but this one didn't. She stood up for the employee and put the delusional guest on a DNR list (Do Not Rent). Scroll down for the full story.
