Whoever said marriage is the ultimate fairytale was a big fat liar. The prince and the princess do not ride off into the sunset, and it's not all happily after from there on. Instead, it's a whole lotta work and dedication. Don't get us wrong, marriage is beautiful but it's important to consider that you're not just marrying your soulmate; you're also marrying their habits, quirks, temperament, and everything in between.
Oh, and how come no one told us that sharing a room with your significant other may get annoying at times? The snoring, the tossing, and turning, the different sleep schedules - it's a lot. Some couples have opted for separate bedrooms and apparently, it's proven to be beneficial in relationships. We could see that.
But let's be real, despite all these challenges, marriage is well worth it. There's nothing like having your very own partnership built on love, trust, and commitment. Something truly beautiful.
