'How do you get the whales in the lake?': 20+ Silly sightseers and tacky travelers who were completely unprepared to go abroad

These tourists had no clue how to act while traveling abroad, so they directed their silliest questions at their tour guides.

"What is the most ridiculous thing you have ever seen a tourist get upset over?" asked u/UhOhImInTrouble. After sharing their own story of an impatient tourist at an amusement park, comments poured in, with thousands of comments sharing their own tales of exasperated tourists.

It seems that many of these stories revolve around tourists who haven't done a minute of research before traveling, like one woman, who was upset that she couldn't ski due to snowy conditions (???). Other times, people have the entirely wrong idea about where they're visiting — as one person shared, sometimes people will try to haggle on prices at shops that don't want to barter at all. The nerve of some of these tourists is shocking! They act so entitled to a country they've never visited before, and yet they believe their behavior is always correct, even when the country's citizens are rolling their eyes at them.
