Most r/AskReddit questions produce pretty underwhelming threads, but sometimes you come across a prompt that inspires some truly gold replies, like this one recently posted by u/StirFryTaint. They asked the people of Reddit what they'd place on the surface of Mars just to confuse NASA scientists, and the answers are either straight up hilarious or legitimately good ideas for sci-fi movies we'd totally watch.
