When you get distracted when you work from home, managers will consider you an unproductive employee. When you work in an office, those same distractions are called "company culture". So what? That's going to be more productive than hanging out around the watercooler at the end of your cubicle row for 45 minutes talking about Janice from accounting's nasty divorce. Working from home is a simple balance of intense productivity paired with spouts of ADHD moments. As long as you can resist rearranging your furniture every day, you're probably getting more done than you would at an office– and you get to wear your pajamas while doing it.
