'Write our reports using the language we speak at home? You got it boss': ESL teacher maliciously complies with boss's writing requirements

This boss had the brilliant idea to require the English as a second language teachers suddenly change the language they provided reports in — and she "refuses to admit defeat."

This English as a second language teacher (ESL or TEFL) writes that at the Chinese school they work at, they used to have to write their reports in either English or Chinese. That was so that between the management in China could read the reports without the hassle of translating a language. 

But as management is wont to do, they decided to switch things up. Sometimes management just feels they have something to prove, and they want to make a big change in order to look like they're making big moves. But this management team really messed up, and it's hilarious that the boss has doubled down on the move with the ESL team. Since they're all writing reports in different languages, it must drive management crazy!
